“We took our 2013 Honda CRV in that we pull behind our RV. We only had a couple of days in San Antonio as we were passing through on our way back east and the car had started making a loud sound in the rear. Dave was so kind and helpful as was everyone there. They took us right in and checked everything out. They were fantastic! After driving it they diagnosed the problem! Our back tires were “scalloped” due to an alignment issue. They said everything else checked out and was fine. They don’t sell tires so they made no money off us. “Excellent service....up font price quotes...and no BS I first took my car down the street to Firestone Complete Auto (Broadway St. - San Antonio) care to patch a tire that kept running low on pressure. Mark Sosa (Firestone Complete Auto) ...who is the manager informed me that I had a nail too close to the sidewall of the tire.... & that Firestone Complete Auto would not patch it...but rather sell me a new tire...etc. I passed on the bait & switch from Firestone Complete Auto (Mark Sosa) & drove to Broadway Tire & Auto. Broadway Tech working on my tire showed me in person (in the back of the shop) where the nail was. Nail was not even close to sidewall. Tire was patched & all is well now. Note: The employees at Firestone Complete Auto are Scammers. The employees & leadership at Broadway Tire & Auto are awesome/professional & very detail oriented. From this point on...I will %100 be taking my business to Broadway Tire & Auto.”

“I never write reviews, however I felt one was warranted in this situation based on the great experience I had.I took my wife's Audi to the dealership for an annual service (previously I had exclusively taken it to the dealership as this is what I've always done with my Fords). I was told there was a leak that needed to be fixed but wanted to get a second opinion due to the high (in my opinion) price that they were estimating.I found German Car Specialists on google and was able to make an appointment within a week. They able to get me in, fix the issue, and charged an extremely reasonable price. Bonus, their messaging/estimate system they used through text was great and made the process so much easier as it eliminated the need to call to follow up (which is always inconvenient while at work).This was probably the best car repair experience I have ever had on any vehicle I've owned.
