“I've been with Metro since 2007 and the first few years I only had a couple of issues with going through certain towns and losing service, but I haven't had any issues in many years. I've thought about changing service only a couple of times and that was only to save a few bucks. I'm so glad that I've stayed with Metro and I'm so happy with the store on Texoma Parkway! Chris is always so friendly and helpful! I've always bought my phones from this store except for my last one that my best friend bought for me. It was a really fancy phone and me being old there were some things I didn't understand but I went in to see if Chris could help me figure it out and he did! Many years ago I tried using other Metro stores but none of them compared to the professional and amazing service at the Texoma Parkway Store!
