“The team at Rock Computers were absolute LIFE SAVERS! I was working one day when my entire screen went black. I have a MacBook but the nearest Apple store is too far of a trek for my kids and I on a random weekday. Luckily, I found Rock Computers right down the street. I took my laptop in and they got it fixed and back to me in under a week. They also communicated extremely well. The biggest blessing was that they let me borrow one of their PC laptops for the weekend. I run a small business that relies almost entirely on reliable computer access. I had no other device, and I was really worried about how it would impact my business. They quite literally saved the day/month/year! I was able to stay on top of my to do list because of their kindness. Oh and! When we came in to drop off my computer one of the team gave my kiddos a book, which was incredibly thoughtful.
