I visited the Sherman JCPenney's today and I was pleased with the Store! I have to tell you the young lady name Chasity Wyatt was so polite!! She turned my day around! Thank You,Chasity!

Always like to shop at JC. Penney's found some things that I needed very good place.

I went during a weekday. Everything was great and it was cleaner than any other JcPennys I’ve been to. They weren’t much help when it came to figuring out how to purchase online and pick up at the store.
