Khalid had to fight and argue with my extended warranty company because the warranty company was trying to cheat me and the shop but he really made sure I was good and wouldn’t budge. Khalid is a great guy an honest mechanic that does great work also. I have trusted these guys with all of my vehicles over the years and never any problems even if I have to bring it back for them to take a look at something. A good family owned business. Check them out if you need your car fixed.”

“I am so thankful for this garage. I drive to work in Richmond at Mason and west park every day. I tried to get into my garages I usually go to. They would not help me with my simple problems. “I never write reviews, but this was my experience with Omega Tire and Auto Care. It was Labor Day Weekend and I was towing a trailer with a golf cart. The tires were bad and one was totally flat. My spare was also flat. I was stuck and had no tools or hope. I walked into Omega Tire and the guys dropped what they were doing and were eager to help me. They took time to follow me to a nearby gas station and removed the trailer tires for me. It was no time before they quickly had them ready and even mounted them back on for me. They were so kind and helpful. I cannot ever express my full gratitude for these guys! The prices were great and they carried quality tires. If you are in the market for anything automotive, give them a try. Honest, caring, dependable, and great prices. God bless you guys at Omega!”
