“If you are disabled ( memory and vision ) DO NOT use this location because even the storr manager is not trained to help on the company's website to figure out what is in the locations.”
“The staff is very friendly and attentive when you walk in the store! Always willing to help you find what you are looking for! Great leadership! Thank you for making my purchase go smoothly!! I will definitely go back to purchase items that I need.”
“I have been to this location in the past and went to visit lately and must say that this place looks super clean, super lighted, the employees and manager are very nice and friendly and help out with great customer service. Great job Martha Gaby and staff! Your doing a great job!”
“This is in response to a previous review. Cesar the manager from Benny's Pawn Zaragoza reached out and helped resolve a situation I had with another employee there. He was top notched and took care of my concern without going in to detail. Even though that employee still works there the remaining staff and manager goes out of their way to take care of me. The business shouldn't be penalized for one single employee. I continue doing business there and thank the manager for their help and for them addressing the issue at hand. Thank you Cesar.”

“I went there for the first time and the customer service was one of the best I have ever received at a pawnshop. Special thanks to Alma that answer all my questions and recommended me about all the layaway plans and promotions.”
“I stopped in today with a few questions, and I have to say, great customer service means a lot to me because it’s not something I come across often in El Paso. Jackie greeted me with a smile, answered all of my questions, and walked me through the process of selling one of my pieces that I’ve owned for years. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I highly recommend asking for Jackie—she’s knowledgeable, professional, and makes the entire process easy and comfortable. 💞”
