The staff from the top to the bottom is consistently engaging and polite , despite the difficulties that my personality sometimes presents! It is easy to tell when somebody is trying to be polite, when they're not trying all and when It comes from inside! Corporations and enterprises across America have lost the true value of an associate that can provide great customer service, consistently and most importantly authenticity! The overall importance and appreciation of the customer is never lost at EZ PAWAN HUNTER!! I have been to this location countless times and in comparison to any other pawnshop.This location is in a class of their own!!! Whenever I visit, I always receive more task for my items than anywhere else, but more importantly Then the money is The experience! There are still Places You can go where you get more than what you pay for!!!! Marissa , Lorena and the rest of the staff all need promotions !! !!!”

He was top notched and took care of my concern without going in to detail. Even though that employee still works there the remaining staff and manager goes out of their way to take care of me. The business shouldn't be penalized for one single employee. I continue doing business there and thank the manager for their help and for them addressing the issue at hand. Thank you Cesar.”

“I recently visit Cash America pawn off of art craft st in Texas ,I went to go make a payment on my item but I had lost it they were so gracious and wonderful they had the items still available for repurchase they help me out they put it back for me and I was able to retrieve my item that I had lost they help me out an area which way possible that they can Mr Tony is the man Tony was the one that helped me Tony is the one that gave me great advice and Tony is the man that you should talk to if you need any assistance they are great customer service and great outstanding people they are so funny and gracious and willing to help you in any way means as possible please give them a call stop by check out the merchandise is incredible with great deals and prices and great customer service highly recommend this to all my friends and family as well as anybody else who is interested in purchasing merchants thank you”

“Truthfully they do take some time when working with customers but they're always busy and some people give them a hard time . The lady working really put alot of effort to find a misplaced camera bag and I really appreciated that ☺️most people would have not cared . They do care its just sometimes its going to take a while to get to the next customer . Well im still happy going here I've bought 3 seperate items and all have been good deals . If I were to give my advice it would be to have a cleaner inventory system like clear containers or milk crates so things go faster , also to invest in some store use only universal chargers .”
“I would like to give a shout out to Makayla for her exceptional and fantastic customer service, I had to stop by today quickly to make a payment on a layaway that I have and when I got inside the store there was unfortunately a line as all the employees were busy and Makayla was the only employee who acknowledged me as I came in and welcomed me to the store. Makayla upon freeing up offered to assist me and gave one of the most sincere apologizes for the wait and sounded like she really cared and even acknowledged she saw how long ago I came in that I may have been inconvenienced or even upset with the wait, which completely shifted my mood as I was a little miffed having waited much much longer than anticipated. “I recently had an issue with an item I had in pawn coming back damaged when I went to redeem it. I was hot and about to lose My composure completely, Wasn't a cheap item. I spoke with a manager and he directed me to the district manager who happened to be in the store that day, his name is Rick. I explained my situation and we talked. I was expecting the worst of course and at first I thought I was just screwed And that was that. But let me tell you it wasn't Mr Rick stepped up,went above and beyond and offered me a very reasonable solution to the situation In the very next day he honored his word I was more than happy with the outcome. Rick and his team (Peter, Cody, Goblin, And that other guy that looks at me all weird) at the Cash America pawn on trans mountain /Woodrow Bean. Did more than they had to just to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the outcome. Great job guys thank you again.....”
