“This is in response to a previous review. Cesar the manager from Benny's Pawn Zaragoza reached out and helped resolve a situation I had with another employee there. He was top notched and took care of my concern without going in to detail. Even though that employee still works there the remaining staff and manager goes out of their way to take care of me. The business shouldn't be penalized for one single employee. I continue doing business there and thank the manager for their help and for them addressing the issue at hand. Thank you Cesar.”

“I stopped in today with a few questions, and I have to say, great customer service means a lot to me because it’s not something I come across often in El Paso. Jackie greeted me with a smile, answered all of my questions, and walked me through the process of selling one of my pieces that I’ve owned for years. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I highly recommend asking for Jackie—she’s knowledgeable, professional, and makes the entire process easy and comfortable. 💞”

“I recently had an issue with an item I had in pawn coming back damaged when I went to redeem it. I was hot and about to lose My composure completely, Wasn't a cheap item. I spoke with a manager and he directed me to the district manager who happened to be in the store that day, his name is Rick. I explained my situation and we talked. I was expecting the worst of course and at first I thought I was just screwed And that was that. But let me tell you it wasn't Mr Rick stepped up,went above and beyond and offered me a very reasonable solution to the situation In the very next day he honored his word I was more than happy with the outcome. Rick and his team (Peter, Cody, Goblin, And that other guy that looks at me all weird) at the Cash America pawn on trans mountain /Woodrow Bean. Did more than they had to just to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the outcome. Great job guys thank you again.....”
