These are my everyday Ariat Heritage Roughstock boots I use for ranching. From the El Paso heat, one of the heels came off. They replaced both heals at an extremely reasonable price and cleaned them up so they look brand new! They were finished a day after I dropped them off and the owner texted me before and after photos. Highly recommend for any boot or shoe repair.”

“A few weeks ago, I visited the Vans store to ask about the process for buying new shoes, because I bought custom shoes that ended up being the wrong size, and when I called Vans customer service, they couldn’t help. When I explained the issue, to Mario, an employee there, he told me to bring the shoes in, and he would work to get me a new pair.
Today, I went back, and Mario walked me through the process of ordering the correct size shoes. He also made sure I received credit for the ones that didn’t fit, and before I left, he told me that if there were any issues with the new shoes, I could bring them back, and he would assist me.
Mario’s has exceptional customer service, He is professional, respectful, courteous, and extremely helpful. I will be going back to buy from this store.”
