“Steven was absolutely wonderful in helping me deal with a simple battery change gone askew. The corrosion on the old battery was so bad that trying to pull the cable off was near impossible. But Steven didn't give up! He worked on that thing for 30 plus minutes and was able to free the cable, clean it up, and install the new battery. I truly appreciate the amount of effort that was put in and how they went the extra mile to help me resolve my issue and get my car working properly again. 10 out of 10!”

“Had an engine go bad. Repeated numerous times that I needed the cause of the issue because it had low hours and the engine started smoking from the exhaust. Needless to say, they didn't give me the report I was promised. The turn around was great even during the Christmas holiday. I really wanted that report. Haven't put the motor in yet. Will let you know how that goes. Update, after engine was put in it ran good, no leaks. Went to drive the machine and had no power. After several calls, and videos, they showed me how to adjust the engine to run properly.”
