“I don’t normally write reviews for gas stations but the gentleman who assisted me today (06/30/21) went above and beyond what he needed to do to help me. I was having a terrible day and after leaving work, I had planned on getting gas only to realize I’d left my wallet at home. I had 0 to E and I went in to see if they accepted mobile pay before calling for my partner to bring my wallet. He told me about the 7-11 app which has a wallet feature you can use Apple pay through. I had to load a certain amount but I had misheard him and the app doesn’t work for fuel pay. I was about to leave in tears to call my partner when he helped me by charging me through the app for some random candy and putting what I’d spent on the pump I was parked out. He really could have sent me on my way and not thought about it another second but he really helped me get to the end of my day and I have to say I’m so grateful. This location has a wonderful employee.”

“I was shocked to see the overall reviews for this location. Personally I think this is one of the best locations in the DFW Metroplex, the staff were nice and courteous, plus they went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our short time in the store. This location is clean, had great lighting, it was put together like a small grocery store. I truly recommend that if you're ever in the Southlake area and you need to make a quick stop for snacks or any of the 7-11 treats, this is the place. Thank you to the staff. My wife and I enjoyed our visit.”

“The place is huge and there really is a great variety of products.It seems to me that there is little staff in the recipes and prescriptions part.I brought my prescription for mouthwash and they told me to pick it up in an hour. An hour seemed like a long time to prepare a mouthwash. So I walked around the store and took the opportunity to buy other things and I got in that LONG Pick Up line that there is always and in 40 minutes my rinse was ready.”
