“Respectful service with a quick diagnosis and repair. I was assured that if the repair didn't work I wouldn't be charged, which was nice. I would recommend this location anytime you need help with electronic service.”
“I took in my dying Lenovo laptop and Tim took control. I was charged a diagnostic fee. Later that day, Tim called me suspecting the battery was the culprit. He installed the new battery which he had ordered but turned out there was more to the problem. Further diagnostics indicated a CPU failure as well. Too costly to repair. Tim removed the new battery for return to his supplier, and he did not charge me anymore than the original fee. All this was performed in about 4 days. Tim is very personable, candid, respectful, and communicated by text to keep me updated on progress. He recommended which laptop brands and models to buy - and which models to avoid. I'm the proud owner of a new Dell 16 now. Any customer should feel confident that they are in good hands at the Flower Mound CPR. Thanks Tim.”

“Contacted Chad because I was in desperate need of my laptop screen being fixed. He quoted me a very reasonable cost and fixed the screen within 24 hours. He is very quick and really professional! I 10/10 definitely recommend using his services, especially if time is limited!”
“I could not recommend this place ENOUGH!!! I spilled water all over my MacBook and when I went to Apple they didn’t even check the damage without telling me I should just buy a whole new computer. They told me I should just keep using it until it stops working - but why would I do that and have to buy a $3,000 new laptop!?
I was recommended to come to MacDaddy’s and I immediately felt like they had my best interest at heart. They said they fix liquid damage about 2-3x a week and that they will look at the damage before recommending me to buy anything new. They also gave me great advice about what to do in the future to save my device not just fry it more like Apple told me.
They said it would be a 7-10 business day turnaround, but I said I needed it ASAP for work purposes. They sent it off to be worked on the day I brought it in and it was done in 2 days! They only charged me for the cost of repairs. I almost cried because of how taken care of I felt!
Special shoutout to Kaleb who explained everything perfectly and helped me out by rushing the order so I could get it back for work. This place is amazing and I will never be going back to Apple for repairs, I’m only coming to MacDaddy’s! Everyone should come here and get treated right!”

“I am so glad to have taken my Pool Pump Motor to A1. Even though they mostly do servomotors they were happy to take a look at my motor. When it turned out that it couldn't be fixed for less that the cost or replacement they didn't even charge me anything for the inspection and neatly packed the parts back up for me. “I cracked my entire phone screen to the point that I thought there was no chance I wouldn’t have to give in and buy a new phone. I brought it in and he was very honest about the type of screen it needed, what it currently had (the wrong screen from a previous repair that I wasn’t aware was wrong) and what he could do for it. It took him 15 minutes and now my phone is even better than before it cracked! I’m very thankful for his honesty, helpfulness and genuine kindness. “Our 65” TV stopped working and I called Mikal. He came to our house 12/1/25 discovered what the problem was and a new part was required.
