“I could not recommend this place ENOUGH!!! I spilled water all over my MacBook and when I went to Apple they didn’t even check the damage without telling me I should just buy a whole new computer. They told me I should just keep using it until it stops working - but why would I do that and have to buy a $3,000 new laptop!?
I was recommended to come to MacDaddy’s and I immediately felt like they had my best interest at heart. They said they fix liquid damage about 2-3x a week and that they will look at the damage before recommending me to buy anything new. They also gave me great advice about what to do in the future to save my device not just fry it more like Apple told me.
They said it would be a 7-10 business day turnaround, but I said I needed it ASAP for work purposes. They sent it off to be worked on the day I brought it in and it was done in 2 days! They only charged me for the cost of repairs. I almost cried because of how taken care of I felt!
Special shoutout to Kaleb who explained everything perfectly and helped me out by rushing the order so I could get it back for work. This place is amazing and I will never be going back to Apple for repairs, I’m only coming to MacDaddy’s! Everyone should come here and get treated right!”

“I am so glad to have taken my Pool Pump Motor to A1. Even though they mostly do servomotors they were happy to take a look at my motor. When it turned out that it couldn't be fixed for less that the cost or replacement they didn't even charge me anything for the inspection and neatly packed the parts back up for me. “Went to him with a CRTV that wasn't turning on. After a quick diagnosis test he called me informing me that the button is just broken but the remote we sent in turns it on just fine so it's not a big deal. Although I felt silly for not putting in new batteries for the remote the fact that he just told me it was just that and only charged me for the diagnosis showed a lot of integrity. I would happily come back here with anything else I need to be worked on.”

I brought it in and he was very honest about the type of screen it needed, what it currently had (the wrong screen from a previous repair that I wasn’t aware was wrong) and what he could do for it. It took him 15 minutes and now my phone is even better than before it cracked! I’m very thankful for his honesty, helpfulness and genuine kindness. He gave me a case for it at no charge since the one I had was shot. Thanks for turning my awful day into a much better one!”

“I had two Sony portable reel-to-reel tape recorders from the mid-sixties that needed repair. John was just the person for the job.One recorder had audio issues and the other had tape transport problems. John was very thorough in his repairs, saved all the old parts to show me what he had replaced, and offered a warranty on his work.His repair prices were very reasonable, and I know for a fact he lost money on the deal, because he spent way more hours doing the work than what I paid him for.This guy is the real deal. He knows what he is doing, and doesn't charge you a bunch extra for unnecessary things. He's a real old-fashioned troubleshooter that knows all the tricks to fix things.”
