“Great friendly service! This store and Hulen store they are always helpful and insightful and always have a wonderful variety of groceries. The stores are always clean and they have sanitizers too! I go in to the stores and I've gotten curbside, soon or next I plan to try their delivery. I have bought their reusable bags some insulated for cold and some not just regular reusable and they offer ice to help keep your frozens and to keep your "cold products", "cold" (this is more so to use when it's hot but a nice perk.)”

“For a supermarket this place has some nice food selections from their kitchen. They also have a great Bristro too and seating is all in the same room. It is a nice place to do your grocery shopping with solid meat, seafood and 4 star produce selection. All staff is very helpful and polite.”

“Love the staff and the clearance section of this location. Overall this store’s prices are kinda high but it’s convenient and easy to get in and out of. Never had to wait in line due to the lack of grocery clerks and the employees working at the self checkout really know how to work the stores point of sale. A++ for sure!”

“I wanted to pay it forward and take a moment to highlight one of your superior employees. I am a semi-retired Instacart worker. I am in Sprouts' stores often as a result of working for Instacart in addition to Spouts being my favorite store for my personal use. There is an exceptional woman with long salt-pepper wavy hair who has worked in the produce area for a while now. She was kind enough to stop doing what she was doing and help me find the items I was looking for. This is not a rarity for her. I always try to provide the highest level of customer service and try to find all items requested by my Instacart customers and if I am unable to locate them, she is always willing and helpful in helping me find the items on the floor or in the back. She and I are roughly around the same age and we remember when customer service was important. Great customer service is hard to find these days so when you do find it, it stands out big time. She is a stand-out employee. Cuddos to her for always going above and beyond.”

“I LOVE LOVE LOVE this Tom Thumb! Everyone who works here is so kind, helpful and actually takes the time to say hello and ask if I'm finding everything ok. It's got a hometown feel every time I walk in, and I'm so glad it's close by! Love the managers too who I'm sure help create the great environment. I just saw the main guy congratulating and encouraging one of the new hires and it just warmed my heart! That's what we need more of everywhere! Supportive, friendly, invested managers and leadership!”

“Nice welcoming place, all the usual foods. Virtually every TJ's has the same winning vibe and culture. I've only ever encountered one TJ's that was outright creepy (Brooklyn NY). The workers in Southlake are mostly very friendly. The only exceptions might be one or two take their breaks in the bathrooms, preventing customers from using them, and then fail to clean those bathrooms even if there's a mess.”
