“Ava at the front desk was phenomenal!!!!
Best sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel.
The location was perfect for those who enjoy walking around and shopping. There’s a 2 story Barnes & noble right across the street!! Super neat discovery :)
The hotel was clean, the room was very comfortable and spacious, although our room didn’t have a microwave.
The walls are a wee thin, we had families back to back to back during the week and heard the kids and parents every single morning and night, which is unfortunate.
Overall great experience and we will be back!”
“Let me tell you about my experience here on June 19th 2026. We had all kinds of flight delays so we arrived at this hotel around midnight. An angel by the name of Bianca Johnson was working the front desk and saw my face of exhaustion. Our luggage didn't make it with us so we didn't even have a toothbrush.
Not to worry, Bianca gave us a goody bag with essential items, slippers and robes, and a couple bottles of water too.
She is the epitomy of professionalism and kindness that I rarely see anymore. Keep up the good work Bianca!
Sincerely,
The Maurer's

“So this hotel is in the middle of a year-long renovation and rebranding. As such, we got a good rate for our three-night stay using Priceline. During the renovation, there is no lobby, the check-in is in a meeting room, the “restaurant/bar” is in Banquet Hall A. There is very disrupting construction in progress. Someone said that the lobby would reopen sometime in June, and that the room updates should be done by the end of August. Afterwords, I expect that this will be an even better hotel when the work is finished. All that said, we had a very, very nice room, but with a few issues. Because of the renovation, there is a very long walk from the temporary entrance to the elevator. We were surprised that there was no in-room microwave, but there was one in the hall near the improvised registration area, but who wants to take the elevator downstairs to in the middle of the night in your jammies to reheat leftovers? Next, the desk in the room is made of steel. So my iPad and iPhone were “glued” to the desk. I’ve never encountered anything like this. It also meant that my wireless recharging device won’t work on this desk (because it depends on a magnetic connection), although it did work on the night stand. I just think it is a bizarre design feature. My wife’s comment, was that we probably won’t be able to afford this hotel next year, after the rebranding.”
“Stayed here and it was fantastic. A reasonably priced hotel that feels like a 5 Star experience. Everything was perfect and the staff are amazing. My status got me a free breakfast and that was superb as well.”
