“My key fob wasnt working, and since the cable to the trunk was also not connecting, and the key would not work in that lock, so I couldn't use the trunk. It wasnt a battery issue. I need to have a useable trunk, because I give rides and take people shopping. Long story of trying to fix it myself, but the short version is that I decided to see if Auto Zone could help me. Ray, the store manager took the time to figure out the problem, and fixed it. Its a huge relief and I am so grateful. I saw him fixing another problem for someone before I got out of my car. I am new in town, with an old car, and I will buy all my auto parts and related items from that store. Thanks, Ray!”

“My wife and I broke down on the way to our grandson HS football game and had to stay at the store parking lot until our son picked us up and Jacob a store employee went out of his way that night to help in every way possible and gave me some cards to mobile mechanics of which I contacted one and he came the next day and repaired the vehicle and Jacob was just as helpful that fay also. I'm from a small town and appreciate the everyone helping everyone attitude that I'm used to all my life and will make a point to stop by next time travelling through Marble Falls.

“I had a 5.2 supercharge coyote engine dyno’ed by Kirk. He did a great job and kept me updated along the way. It was in a 67 mustang Eleanor. It was all new parts in the build. When I got it back the clutch blew a part and broke the end off of the starter and lock up the engine. None of this was Kirk’s fought. People need to realize when you have a care strapped onto a dyno that is the worst environment your car will ever see. If you have a weak link in your drive train the dyno will find it. So my message here is, don’t blame the dyno tech if your car fails. I fixed the issues and the car is awesome. He got almost 800 hp at the engine. Thanks Kirk. I will use him again in the future.”

“After a \"hit and run\" at a local retail store, I contacted Jerry at Collision Express for an estimate. Jerry was very helpful and informative on what needed to be done and provided me an estimate within 15 minutes or so. I chose to take my 2019 Honda CR-V to his shop for the repairs because of the great service and communication I had received in getting the estimate and days following. Repairs were completed and I am back on the road. I have zero complaints, there were no issues, no surprises and I do 100% recommend Collision Express to anyone in need of auto body repair.”
