“Team lead by name of Jeremy in Cleveland, Tx was awesome!! Very helpful and respectful!! Jeremy is very knowledgeable about the store and was surprised to find he wasn't a manager. He will definitely be our go to person when visiting tractor supply as often as we do. On this certain day, I also spoke with the store manager and she was very rude and when asked a question, she didn't answer other than she was manager and if I needed anything, I could ask her. I told this manager twice that I was wanting to speak to Jeremy and she kept asking my name and telling me he couldn't come to the phone. Way to go Jeremy for being the helpful and respectful person and actually helping the customers...”

“This is one of the nicer/cleaner TJ Maxx stores we've been to. Like other TJ Maxx's, you'll be sure to find a lot of random items at fair prices. And much like all TJ Maxx's you'll find portions of the store ransacked like a bus load of preschoolers were dropped off and left unattended. This location is a good place to look around while on a wait-list for one of the neighboring restaurants or when looking for cheap gifts.”

“This store is ALWAYS organized & clean, I was there today around 4:45 or so and I just want to say that the girl that was working was busy stocking the cooler area and then went over to take care of the customers at the register, she apologized to them for making them wait and explained why; the reason she gave was that the truck showed up late and she was by herself and was running behind schedule. She was 'VERY POLITE' with the customers ahead of me and also with me a patient with me because my card took 3 times for it to work but she walked me through it all and also said to me Have a Nice Day. I'm sorry that I dont remember her name but she 'DESERVES RECOGNITION' for her dedication to the customers and the store! I left concerned that she was by herself in such a lager store. As I was leaving 3 cars had pulled up.”

“The place is usually understaffed and the manager tries to keep up with EVERYTHING, so unfortunately there are times that the store is unorganized, plan o grams ( pricing ) is incorrect. Definitely need more staffing hours or more employees. But on a good note if the product is out of stock just let the manager (Dom) know and he orders it. So overall it's a convention store to hop in and out of when not wanting to go to a big grocery store or Walmart.”
“Went here to the Pharmacy to get my refills on some of my prescriptions and was early so had to sit on the benches for 10 minutes an soon others sat down too.
The staff promptly opened up on time and met us and the others with smiles and a heartfelt good morning.
Received my medications and exchanged pleasantries and bid me a Blessed day.”

“Nice variety of items a little crowded sometimes with overworked staff being pulled in all directions. They work hard. The staff are very nice and helpful. But, they're overworked and understaffed. Dollar General needs to allow them the payroll hours to hire more help. Dollar General made them work with the a/c out of order for days. DG can do better for them, and pass that service in to customers.”
“This is the closest store to me so I visit this location often. The manager, Ms Minnie, is an amazing lady!!! There are few other ladies that have been there a while too, that are just the sweetest!!Whoa! I just read a review that surprised me. I can't speak of the previous manager but when Ms Minnie became manager she straightened that place up. And talk about she hollers at the customers that's just a flat-out lie! I was in there one time when a customer was trying to get money back for something that she didn't have a receipt for and was saying some crazy rude stuff acting a fool. Ms. Minnie totally kept her composure and was as nice as could be. I'm in that store more than I should be and never once have I saw her raise her voice or even act upset, at all. She's always got a smile on her face.”

“Do not arrive more than one hour before your appointment or arrive at the exact time of your appointment. Everything fast. I saw several trucks parked on the side of the road, I don't know if the police will bother them. Before arriving there is a small HTR truck stop with several positions to wait for your appointment.”

“This place is pretty good I have to say, as soon as I walked in the cashier and they're greeted me and asked me what I was looking for automatically willing to help even went out of his way to come back to me and tell me about some flea spray that worked really good for his cats in his house so kudos to him for going out of his way to make sure that I got what I need and it was the best of the best family Dollar is one of my go-to places, if you have the chance to stop in there go ahead and do it you won't be dissatisfied I gave this place five stars because they treated me like a human being and not a dollar ??????”
