“I am forced to give a 5 star rating for this establishment, only because they won’t let me give it 10 star rating. I find myself needing to find a storage unit immediately yesterday evening. I’m probably called 10 places trying to find one that would accommodate my needs and was available immediately. I cannot say enough for the customer service performed by Trudy. I was thankfully contacted by her last night on the phone and she went above and beyond helping me locate the correct unit, get it rented, and I was moving in an hour later. The only difficulty I had , caused by my navigation system, were quickly resolved by Trudy. Kind, competent, caring, and just a wonderful personality. Thank you Trudy.
