I like it a lot, the apartments are very nice and cozy, they have a great space to be your home, the area is very quiet, the condominium has security and it is good because I have a son and that makes you not are in danger. The administration is very professional, the attention is great from both the maintenance staff and the administration takes care of you and problems are solved quickly. “Been here now going on 3yrs plus,,Started very very bad with apartment not being ready.. Adults acting like kids at office -no response or better yet--very bad management. Got a new managers after a year and got better.Then another new manager and got things taken care of.Manager Brooke is and does Above and beyond to make our living comfortable,,loving and safe. Love living here now”

GREAT area, Woodlands is one of the top rated areas in Texas.
Karen is amazing to deal with. We had a bunch of issues come up as we were moving in, due to no fault of our own or the apartment management, but Karen helped me resolve them all.
Plank flooring is a plus
Parking can be tricky but make sure to register your Vehicle correctly.

“The staff very wonderful and helpful with anything you need for your stay. The amenities are awesome for summertime fun. Every once in awhile there's a food truck that comes on property just incase you don't feel like cooking. There's a dog park for your dogs to run around in. The grounds are kept pretty decent by the maintenance crew. Parking is available with garage for your garage kept vehicles.”

The ladies in the front office are always helpful with any questions & the hard-working maintenance are always quick & diligent-even through the ice storm just a couple yrs back!!
