“Been living her for almost 3 years. Location/convenience was the first plus. Old town Tomball is a 20 minute walk, and through the neighborhood, so you dont have to walk down the busy road. Theres an awesome 1.5 mile route to walk through neighborhood/school area a couple blocks down.

Floor plan is awesome, lots of windows for naturally lighting and plenty of trees for greenery views. Open floor plan makes even the one bedroom feel huge compared to past places.

Appliances provided are good and if theres any issue, maintenance responds within a day and fixes happen efficiently.
Anita the property manager is so sweet and her staff as well, all very knowledgeable. Anita lives on property and was in the thick of it with us when we lost power after hurricane Beryl, she was always answering tenants questions and always had the latest information on when we may get power back.

Pool is clean and tidy, wish the hot tub worked but the garden tub in the bathroom make up for it in my opinion.

We hope to own a house someday, but we will be sad to leave such a secret gem.”

at Tomball. The community is quiet, the grounds are well-kept, and the amenities are always clean and enjoyable. The leasing office staff has been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance.

Maintenance has been prompt, and any requests I’ve submitted have been handled efficiently. I also appreciate how convenient the location is, with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and other necessities nearby.

Overall, I’ve had a positive experience living here and would recommend Vantage at Tomball to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed apartment community.”

“I was furious about the bad smell right outside my apartment. This has been going on over a year and nothing has been done. Went inside the office and spoke to a blonde lady name was Kim. I think she was from the corporate office. She actually calmed down and and told me all the stuff the new owner was doing. She walked with me to my apartment to smell the nasty smell. She pointed out everything they were fixing while we were walking in the complex to my apartment. She understood why I was so mad and apologized for the treatment from the old owner. FINALLY WE HAVE PEOPLE WHO CARE IN THE OFFICE. I can’t wait for all smell to go away and the pool to get redone.”

“Carlos and Hailey were AWESOME , if I could give 10 stars I would from start to finish the process went smooth . I was also the first to win a special gift . An Air Fryer of course . I love my place . Also forgot to mention when I walked in to move in Carlos had upgraded my unit to a spacious one and the price difference wasn’t even that much. Overall I love the place it’s beautiful here from inside to out.”
