“I have been reading all of the reviews. Some are good and some are not. I spoke with someone the other day and she seemed nice. Very helpful in answering my questions. I just have one question that is bothering me. Who is Jennifer? Is she still there because I am not looking to interact with someone who the tenants have put on blast for unprofessional mannerism. I am looking to move at the first of the month and will be going for my tour on Wednesday.

I toured this beautiful property on 11/26/2025 with Chloe. I was very impressed and very excited about becoming a resident there. Chloe was both charming and knowledgeable about how the community works and very welcoming on my arrival there.

I completed my application with Kathleen. Absolutely AMAZING. Kathleen was so helpful from our phone conversation, the moment I walked through the door and when I left the office. I have no idea who the immediate supervisor is but she definitely did a great job in hiring both Chloe and Kathleen.
UPDATE:
I moved in on Friday, December 19th. The moving process was easy. I was able to visit with Chloe before I moved in and she helped me a lot. The area is pretty quiet. I met one of my downstairs neighbors who assisted me moving in two of my luggage pieces. The only two issues that I had was the water is lukewarm (maintenance came out after hours to check on it)> He assured me that the water was hot but I do know the difference between hot and lukewarm. The water is still LUKEWARM. I think they should turn up the boiler to make the water hotter. The second was the internet. I was able to contact the help desk to get assistance with the internet. That issue was corrected. Other than that, I am pretty happy with my move there.
UPDATE: (2/25/2026). I have been at this property since December. I was once happy there. Now I HATE it. Every week, I have absolutely NO hot water or just no water at all. It is a shame to have to go to a relatives home just to shower. I can't wash dishes because the water trickles from the faucet (no hot water or no water at all). I have been dealing with this since I have been there. I send countless emails and phone calls. Jessica B. has been wonderful at trying to help, but she can only do so much. I cannot believe how we as residents have to deal with this.
UPDATE: (2/27/2026) Jessica B. ROCKS! Jessica worked her behind off to make sure that the residents were informed and updated on the changes with the hot water situation. Jessica is a great asset to this property.”
