“I have never been anywhere like that before. It was wall to wall people. The employee's never stayed in one place long enough to count them. Had about 2 and a half hour wait. When I got my turn he was s young man. Very polite. I explained why I was there and he went to work. It took about two hours. But he made sure of what I wanted done and made sure I understood . I thought we worked well together. His knowledge of his work was amazing. It was a long day but was worth it. Thank you Apple for having a good service and knowledgeable pleasant employee's. ? They worked really hard all day.”

“Excellent service! I dropped my HP laptop on the ground and bent the frame around the USB ports and nearly cracked the screen. I brought it in late in the day and they were still able to give me a quote within an hour. They replaced the keyboard frame as well as my battery, which had not been working for a while and was starting to bubble.After the parts came in (took only a couple days), the repair took just hours and my laptop looked brand new when I picked it up. I highly recommend this place.”
