The company sent us a truck that was too small and had to send another truck two days later which was the hidden cost that ever talks about. Other than that, they were great. Easy to get ahold of during the stressful time. The hidden cost is the reason I can't give them a five star rating.”

“Sheree, the Assistant Manager helped me with the in person reservation and the return of the auto transport that I rented. She was ABSOLUTELY wonderful to interact with, and is the perfect example of what customer service should be!! She was very, very nice and is very knowledgeable. I prefer to rent from this facility vs. any other. Also, the Manager, Graham approached me as I was leaving and wanted to make sure I was happy/satisfied about my rental. He is also one of the most customer service oriented people I've ever dealt with. The two different men who hooked up/unhooked the trailer from my vehicle were also very pleasant. The Manager/Assistant Manager at this facility are absolute GOLD!!!”
