“I have been renting several units at my local Extra Space Storage over the last 3 years. There is one entrance gate and one exit gate and to enter into the actual facility you need your assigned code. There are always platform trucks available to move your belongings. The facility is well kept always clean. The air conditioning actually functions very well, and you can actually feel it cooling. There is also a bathroom on site. There are no garbage can facilities or cardboard recycling. You need to dispose of them outside the facility. I have been working consistently with the front office staff, particularly Marie. She's extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very informative about the different size units that were available to me. She explained the prices and also explained and recommended for an additional fee purchasing renters insurance, which I did on each of my three units. I have now downsized to 1 unit, and again.Marie has been exceptionally helpful in changing my units and completing the paperwork involved. I highly recommend Extra Space for your storage needs.”

“Great service. Brandi was great, very nice and patient with my indecisiveness. I had to move out of the unit with my sisters name into a smaller one in my name…. and she helped me get one just a few doors down initially it was way on the whole other side of the place. So that made moving super easy. Everything worked out perfectly. Customer service definitely a 10. Place is nice clean and offer a great introductory rate.”

“So far, so good! Worked with Danny on contracting at the Louetta location. His options on sizes and cooled vs non-cooled were very helpful. He took his time showing us samples of sizes and pricing. He pointed the choice of 2 PB locations near us and we chose the one which fit our needs. Danny is a big reason we rented. We moved in this last weekend. He was busy with another customer and he accommodated us without offending them. His directions were excellent and we're very satisfied!”

“All around great value! I have been parking my tractor and 48’ flat bed trailer here for six months now and have zero complaints. The facilities are VERY well lit at night, with video surveillance and key code or remote (yes, you are also provided a remote so you don’t have to block traffic to get out of your vehicle!) for secure entrance and exit. The facilities are on a quiet road with minimal traffic making entering & exiting the lots relatively easy. The prime location makes access to Hardy toll North & South, FM 1960, I-45, or Grand Parkway no more than five minutes away. Omar has been great to work with and very responsive when contacted. I would recommend Roth Storage to any professional driver looking for a safe, secure, and clean facility.”
