“LuAnn is such a sweet heart. From the very beginning of our experience, to selling us boxes was a top notch service. We decided to get one unit. My wife went online to reserve it and apparently my wife had gone to the wrong location. So when some friends and I were loaded with our stuff ready to go inside, the key pad didn’t work. So I went inside and talk to LuAnn again and she did everything in her power and made sure we could go ahead and enter the storage and start unloading. I could share a lot more details, but it will be a long review. Just know that LuAnn is the bomb and she deserves a mega raise ?”

“This location has the sweetest staff ☺️ There was a small bit of confusion with booking my units but these ladies went out of their way to help clear it up. The inside units are really nice. The outside units are a little more “used” looking/feeling but still fairly clean.. Security seems tight. Would recommend!”

“Dan, was fantastic in helping us transfer into a smaller unit within the same place. He was very informative with information over the phone, and was very helpful in person. He even showed us a unit before we made our decision to make sure it was what we needed. He got us in right before closing time and wasn't rushing us out. He was very nice and professional, and we love and can rest easy in knowing our stuff is safe in a clean and safe establishment. I Recomend extra space storage10 out of 10.”

“Today I visited the Public Storage off of Cypresswood. Francisco helped me out. I was greeted, with a smile, as I entered the door. Both Francisco and Drell, the manager, helped me get in and out. I was able to come in, view the unit, and get out in less than 10 minutes. For great customer service with a smile, if you need a storage unit, please give this location a try. I'm glad I did.”

“Should be called A1 coz it’s the best. It’s clean, no potholes it’s secure with fence gate and code. Also has storage if you need it for tires or trucking equipment’s. The lady is a no nonsense owner which I love coz she’ll make sure everybody follow the rules. She’s been great all the time I’ve been here. If you live in the neighborhood it’s perfect short distance.”

The extra perks are a benefit. The free private meeting room at your despised is one of the big benefits. They even have water if you’re working hard moving in out rearranging or just popping in for their packing store that is always stocked with everything one could use to pack, move, store their items. For Christmas the meeting room turns into a free gift wrapping space with everything one needs to wrap their gifts including hot cocoa. The seating area is very home like with comfortable seating and a fireplace that’s wonderful on the cold days. It’s definitely an upgraded experience from most storage facilities.”
