“My husband was so utterly impressed with Santiago and his knowledge of paint processes and paint color selection, he cannot stop talking about this young man. Customer service is such a lost art and we stopped by to pick up a few samples and had the pleasure of meeting Santiago. He is amazing and so much so, my husband Raleigh asked to see his manager to tell him how great and helpful he was. Anymore, when you go to a retail store, you don't even talk to an employee. You usually order yourself at a kiosk with zero interaction. We are looking to paint my interior 'white' but there are thousands of white shades to consider. Santiago gave us the low down on the right shades of white and also helped me select a French blue for my office that i dont' tire of too quickly. thank you for your pride in your job Santiago! You are a 10 star employee!!”
“Shot out to Brian, the new store manager who genuinely cared and ultimately solved my ceiling paint mismatch. This store has a greater variety of residential paint options than the one by the 45-N freeway and there's no heavy contractor traffic so you will get undivided attention. It's worth an extra half a mile drive for any painting needs.”

“I will never go anywhere else now. I walked in for the first time today, I'm new to the area and was having a hard time hanging things in my apartment. I went to Lowes yesterday and got nowhere so after reading the great reviews, I went here today and Scotty and Kathleen were INCREDIBLE. Scotty knew EXACTLY what I needed and even introduced me to some new products I'd never even heard of; Kathleen greeted me as soon as I walked in and was so genuine and kind. Whatever you're paying them, they deserve a raise because let me tell you; not all of us grew up with fathers who showed us how to do things, and for those of us who didn't, it can be hard even walking in the door knowing someone might look at you like you're stupid for asking a question most people know. Not only did I walk out with exactly what I needed and then some, I walked out knowing I have a safe space right up the road that will answer all of those questions for me and not judge me for asking them. Scotty, I've worked retail so I know people tend to look down on you, I also know interacting with the public all day while being on your feet really takes its toll. If ever you're having a bad day, I hope you'll come back and read this and remember that you are absolutely making a difference. Every time a man shows me how to do something that I wish I'd had a dad teach me to do, it heals that wound just a little more, which in turn makes me a better person. That ripple effect is what we all need more of and I'm grateful I found it today.”
