I went to the "big box" store and when I finally found the doors i looked around but never received any service. I finally did what is should of done from the start. I visited Champion True Value. I was immediately greeted by two associates that assisted me. They directed me to the owner Scott Gilbert and he took it from there. He made the process so simple and easy. He even recommended a installer that did a great job. Don't waste your time shopping just go to True Value they have great inventory, fair prices and most of all personal service. “I needed to touch up the paint where I replaced a larger thermostat with a new, smaller one, so I brought what I thought was the original can for a match. They suggested bringing in an actual sample from the wall, if possible, so I returned with one and they quickly mixed it for me and got me out the door. I know wet paint is misleading but I was amazed at how exact the match was after it dried,I honestly can't tell where I had to touch up. Thanks to the great staff, your suggestion made all the difference!”
