“My only issue was that I set an appointment and when we arrived they told us they could not do the oil change because the needed oil was not in stock. My thought is that when the appointment is booked it is done so taking my availability to take time out to get service done and not to have to return the next day. This was my third oil change and you should have been able to see if the oil needed was no longer in stock.”

“I had a check engine light come on in my truck and took it to Certified Techs. Johnnie was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and easy to talk to. After diagnosing the issue, he let me know there was an active recall that had extended the warranty through the dealership.
What really impressed me was his integrity. He could have done the repair himself and charged me for it, but instead he pointed me to the dealership so the repair would be covered under warranty and save me money. That kind of honesty is hard to find these days.

“I’m a senior citizen lady and I can always count on the professionals at Milstead to go above and beyond to help me with my car repairs. This is the only shop I go to because I feel they are always honest with me about cost of repairs. They r a family owned business and the guys are super nice and explain things in detail to me.
