“Love Costco but it’s 70 miles away so I don’t get to go very often. I bought a package of organic cucumbers on August 1st and when I opened them that night they were putrid! Brown yucky stuff spewed out and the smell was awful. I have been trying for 2 days to talk to somebody at Conroe Costco but the phone kept looping around. I want my $5.99 back. I’m unhappy now and probably won’t buy much produce from now on that are prepackaged. Going to save my receipt and a copy of this message and hope I can get my refund when I go next time. It will be a while as it is about 70 miles away.”
“The price of the gas is always good but they need someone there that you can pay for your gas for. Because if you don't have $100 dollars on your card the machine will decline your card. If you could go in and pay it would go through.”

“Sam's Club has the best Granola! It's made with 100% Whole Grains and has Super Seeds & Fruit in it! They also have 100% fresh squeezed Orange Juice that is squeezed daily on the spot!! The good thing is I was able to walk straight up to a self checkout register to check out. Ohhh I was able to sign up to switch energy providers too! I switched from TXU's free nights to Just Energy's free night plan . TXU had a 9.95 monthly fee that I hated but free electricity from 8pm-5am which was great! Just Energy's monthly fee was 4.95 and free electricity from 9pm-7am which is longer. Darian assisted me with getting switched over.”

Products range from bakery, meats, seafood, pet food, clothes, chips, candy, pasta, toiletries, electronics, children books, protein shakes, etc.
I came on a Thursday and there was only one person serving samples. That was disappointing. ?
Restrooms were fairly clean. Store was clean. Good place to buy in bulk.”

“I went to this location in an emergency to put air in my tire that had a screw in it. It was close to the closing time for the Tire Center and they were extremely busy. I was going to have to wait about an hour for my husband to come and help me, and so I asked if they would help me at least put the spare on my car so I could make it home. Mark and Arturo were so generous to squeeze me into their busy schedule and help me; they saved my day! I truly appreciate the professionalism and care at this location - this is why I love Costco!!”

“Costco is simply a good place to shop. I've noticed that the location of some of the merchandise is rotated to different areas. Perhaps merchandising ? Anyway, I go here for tires whenever I need tires. Their mounting deal includes road hazard, which I have used one time before with no difficulty whatsoever. I have noticed that much of their fish is "wild caught", which is very good. Costco's competitor has much of their fish from the Far East and it is farm raised. I have traveled to those countries and they won't even eat farm raised fish due to waste that they feed the fish. Costco has extremely good customer service as well. Their return policy is set so that if something breaks after the warranty, they will still take a refund (except in a few categories...read the fine print).”
“We came here to pick up a fridge that my sister ordered online and I was very surprised how fast we got in & out of here. We pulled in to the pickup area and called them and they told us it would be 5-10 minutes before they brought it out. Not even 3 minutes later 2 very nice employees brought out the fridge, loaded it in our car and that was it. Fast, friendly service.”

“So what if Dr Le doesn't do small talk or doesn't smile?
She did a great job examining my eyes.I wanted an option to order
distance glasses as well as progressive lenses.She patiently showed me how distance only glasses would feel.
She also took the trouble to explain the difference between different eye drops for my dry eyes.Dr Le explained how my eyes were impacted by the RK surgery from over 2 decades ago.I didn't feel rushed at all.I've used 3 different optometrists in the past 3 years and found Dr Le to be the most proficient and practical.”

“OUTSTANDING customer service. I called Graves Winelectric early on a Monday morning looking for a difficult to find fuse for the lighting system at one of my manufacturing plants. The parts advisor that answered the phone was very helpful and explained that he didn't have the fuse, but then offered to call around and find it for me. A few minutes later he called me back to tell me where I could get the fuse locally.
Unbelievable in this day and age. I was floored.
