“Excellent Assistance from Tamasa and David at NAPA Auto Parts (Friday, May 16, 2025)
I wanted to share a positive experience we had on Friday, May 16, 2025, at the NAPA Auto Parts located at 425 Boardwalk Pkwy, Stafford, TX 77477
We called ahead and were told a crucial part needed for our vehicle repair was in stock. Since we couldn't wait for shipping, we immediately went to the store.
Upon arriving, we were greeted by David, who was on a call but still acknowledged us and promptly assisted us afterward.
We explained what we needed, and he diligently searched for the part. Unfortunately, it wasn't in its usual location, and despite his best efforts, he couldn't immediately locate it. David seemed genuinely concerned that he couldn't find it right away, which we appreciated.
That's when Tamasa stepped in. After David described the part he was looking for, Tamasa took the initiative and, thankfully, found the single remaining unit in the miscellaneous section.
We were incredibly relieved and grateful for her quick thinking and effort. Tamasa was also very kind and understanding, and she even helped us with another purchase we needed to make.
While David tried his best to assist us initially, Tamasa's proactive help in finding the critical part was truly exceptional and saved us a significant amount of trouble.
We are so thankful for her going the extra mile. We also noted that the store was very neat, clean, and well-organized, which made our experience even better.

“They have the parts you need , affordable but they do have to pull the part which takes a long time. There isn't anywhere to sit so its a stand and wait. But I got it and im satisfied. He also checked to see of the starter worked before i left.”
“My experience at the Walmart Auto Center on Airport in Stafford was good. Came in for an oil change at 4PM on a Thursday and left at 5PM. That’s one hour. Those of you who have been to other Walmart Auto Centers know that wait times for auto services last much longer, so I am happy that my oil change did not take too much time. Special thank you to technicians Karan and Darious. I am also satisfied with the price. Paid $62 for the oil change, labor, filters, and taxes included. Comparatively, I’ve gotten my oil changed at Take 5, which cost me a little over $90. Saved nearly $30. That’s a win in my opinion.Service: Oil change”

“I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The customer service was truly 10 out of 10. When I brought my vehicle in, the staff thoroughly explained the process and let me know that they would first attempt to buff out the damage. They were upfront and honest that if the buffing was unsuccessful, both doors might need to be repainted.
Fortunately, the buffing worked perfectly, and the results exceeded my expectations. The price was extremely reasonable, and I appreciated the transparency throughout the entire process.
I was in and out in about 30 minutes, which was impressive. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient, making the entire experience stress-free.
