I made contact and talk with Jason he explained the process and the price was fair with next day service.
We kept in touch via text they were able to find the problem and replace the part.
After installing the repaired alternator it registered the right amps and ran perfect.

Had some communication problems between the vendors email and my email, but finally got it all worked out through texts and phone calls. Product should arrive any day so I will update the status on the product quality when it arrives. The vendor said they have upgraded the foam in the cover to a higher grade for the delayed responses and the extended time it has taken for them to ship my order, so I appreciate the good customer service.”
