Received service quickly when picking up and dropping off. I had to wait an hour for vehicle to be ready as it was getting an oil change, but I did get an upgraded sized SUV from what I rented. Service agent was very friendly and I enjoyed the pleasant conversation we had while we waited for car to be ready.
