“Almost all of the earlier reviews are very old. I cannot speak about what the service was like 6-9 years ago. However, I believe that this is the best rental car place anywhere around. I've been to so many and they are all horrible. At this location, all representatives have been wonderful and always took care of my needs. Plus, everyone has been gracious and professional. I have been renting vehicles from this location since the pandemic. I will always return here anytime I need a car rental.”

“A couple of weeks ago I was in an accident. Someone ran into the back of me. Luckily the person took accountability so I was able to move forward with getting my car fix through their insurance. There was a rep by the name of MANNY that worked at Enterprise ( if I’m not mistaken I think he stated he was the assistant manager). When I arrived it wasn’t much vehicles for me to choose from besides an ugly mini van. Of course I wanted my car to be fixed but I always wanted something that me and my kids would feel comfortable in. Not to mention I drive a high end car. So having the mini van didn’t compare to my own vehicle. MANNY went above and beyond to call his team that was out at the airport picking up cars and asked them to bring me the same vehicle I own. ( my vehicle is a 2021) He informed them to bring the most up to date vehicle just like mine. In the mean time I left in the mini van and in less than 45 minutes he called me back to come switch out the cars. I ended up with a 2024. I truly appreciate him making sure I felt comfortable in the vehicle I would drive for at least 2 weeks . Being the one that was hit this situation was already never racking but MANNY made it a great experience for me considering the situation. I was trying BLESSED to have him being the one who assisted me!! Enterprise you have a great member on your team! To MANNY YOU ROCK…. Your personality and great customer service will take you far!! Thank you for EVERYTHING!”

“A heads up for Uber related customers. The demand for Uber rentals is high and we are always limited with fleet. Unfortunately, just because you have a reservation doesn't mean there is a car available. Please complete your Avis profile in advance! Also, feel free to call the store directly beforehand to make sure you are aware of the qualifications. We really do try to get everyone in a car that completes their profile, sometimes it takes a few days. Patience and persistence help.”

“The reps were nice. The storefront was clean. The car provided was adequate. The manager even sent a rear message letting me know I could communicate through text or phone if any issues arose while I had the car rented out. The best thing about this location is that they ALWAYS answered the phone when I called. I called locations in Rosenberg, Richmond, and Sugarland, and none of them answered the phone. All 5 locations I called, the phone rang for 7min & 30sec, which is ridiculous.”

“This is the second time I have had to rent a car short notice and this location came through both times with a one hour short notice from me. I was in and out within 5-10 minutes both times. Cars are clean and nice looking. Made the mistake of renting my second car from Budget across the street. I gave them a week notice then had to wait 1 hour to get my car and just before I went outside that budget employee told me he still had to clean it! When I got the car it was unwashed, old, and dirty. This is my third rental and I went back to Toyota. Their cars are clean, staff is friendly, and they have you on your way within minutes.”
