“I don’t write reviews at all for any reason but I just had to for this place!!!! I felt the most welcomed I have ever felt! This is a FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS! They have been here for 20+ years! The most nice family! I felt no pressure! They have daily deals most items are 20-30% off! The owner is hands the down the best they will help you load your car! Like it’s so hard to find places like this! The calmness you feel walking in is one of a kind. I felt like I stepped into a new realm. His wife is so nice and beautiful they speak Spanish too! They will cater to any need you have! I wish I could give more stars! I have been here 4 times each time is the same! Their daughter has been very helpful as well! I love love love this place! Sometimes I just want to go in just to feel that calm all over again! Thank you to the family! I hope you guys see this and understand how much I appreciate you all ? there is no place in all of Texas or the south like this! Truly one of a kind! “These Are trying times. And I ordered a small arrangement for a man I've known my whole life, best friends with my parents. He has brain cancer. When he was moved from the hotel to a new location I panicked. When I spoke to the delivery woman, I snapped. And she kept communicating and made sure the hotel would get it to him. All while rains with floods were headed to Houston. THANK YOU!”

“Your local Sanrio Store! Super cool and endless collection of Sanrio things! I was amazed like a little child lol! I left happy with my haul!! Great customer service too! Although, I was a little disheartened when I was told how much the cashier got paid (she was the only one running the whole place and doing a good job at it too) and by the fact that she doesn’t keep her tips from credit cards. After working in many service industry jobs, I’ve had my fair share of corrupt or rude management , so it’s sad to still see that as something that’s regular. Based off of the stress of the cashier and her fear of doing something wrong (inevitably causing worse service in a way if you saw it like that), I could tell the management/owner probably isn’t a very pleasant person to work with. Stop by for your Sanrio needs but be sure to show kindness to the cashier :)!! Also, friendly reminder, if you want to tip someone in the service industry do it in cash (they keep 100% of it). I do not know anyone who works here or owns this place personally. I’m just going off my observations from the first time I stopped by.”

“Ordered my first delivery online and noticed part of my card message was cut off. I called to check and the gentleman who helped me was extremely friendly and helpful. He helped me finish my card message and also informed me they were out of the specific flower in the arrangement I chose. He upgraded my arrangement for free and offered to deliver within the hour. That's great customer service! My friend loved her flowers and I absolutely loved getting a confirmation email about the hand delivery and with a picture of it being delivered to the correct address, genius!”

“Purchased a beautiful set of solid mint tiles, which came in a bundle with racks/pushers, dice, a large carrying case and three smaller inner bags for storing the tiles. Absolutely love this set. Also had bags monogrammed, which turned out beautifully. The customizing took a few extra weeks, but was worth the wait. Erica, the store manager, was exceptionally courteous and helpful when I reached out to ask about the status of my order. This is a great company with quality merchandise and very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Would definitely do business with them again.”
