“I was visiting Houston and made our yearly visit to Robert. There was a set of dishes I wanted, but didn't buy it. I regretted it so when I got home to Denver I called them and bought 10 pieces. It came perfectly, within a week. I then called two other times to order more pieces and they all came right away. One piece out of 13 arrived broken and they replaced it. The third shipment with another 5 pieces will arrive next week. Roberts is so accommodating, pleasant, have a high sense of integrity and have an attention to detail. Really enjoy working with them. Thank you, Roberts PS - loves these dishes: Juliska Forrest Walk”
