“Great service at this store. The representatives at this location went above and beyond cleaning up another person’s mess from another location. I spent Halloween evening there until closing time because none of our phone lines were working and they did not rush me out until my problem was solved. Instead of guessing and messing things up further, they made efforts of calling someone to verify and walk them through how to correct it efficiently. Not only did they correct the issue but they apologized on behalf of the other person who messed up, not even knowing who they were.. Simply because the person who messed up works for Verizon and they feel no Verizon customer should have to go through that.”
“We were having so many issues with our WiFi Home internet from Metro and almost decided to give up. We came to this location and Ali helped us with everything we needed. Our box wasn’t defective it just needed a new SIM card. Everybody else tried one thing and continued to tell me there was nothing they could do but tried charging me for a new box. Ali fixed the issue and went above and beyond for me and my family. We will not be going anywhere else but here”
