“Lots of venues I visit in this center regularly (Moxies, Nordstrom, Marshalls, Kenz, Grand Lux).
I recommend this center install electric vehicle (EV) charging stations here. There are several EVs parked here anytime I look. And that number will only grow.
Since this area is a popular Houston destination there will always be someone with an EV who could use a charge. Great way to bring customers to the store's and restaurant's doorstep. It's such a convenience to be able to charge while you shop or dine.
It would be great for shoppers (especially during the holiday season) and great for employees/staff who drive EVs.
EV chargers can help with discoverability, bring in customers, and increase revenue for tenants and the landlord.

“This my favorite HEB location to shop at. They have just about every item I normally use. The store, itself, is located on the 2nd level & has upper & lower level parking.
The store is clean, well stocked, & the staff are courteous & professional. Also, and this is very important to me as a handicapped person, they have plenty of handicap carts fully charged & ready to go. Can’t say that about other stores.
Finally, even though this location can be very busy at times they usually have ALL of the checkout lanes open & don’t try to steer customers to the self-checkout lanes like, once again some stores try to. I highly recommend this location.”
