“I am absolutely delighted to share my positive experience at the store. Having noticed it for a while, I finally decided to visit, and the experience was truly exceptional. Matthew was incredibly attentive and provided helpful feedback, checking in on me regularly and suggesting items. I had admired some vintage earrings during my first visit but didn't purchase them. Returning the following week, I was able to acquire them and continued with my day. A few weeks later, I returned, and Matthew remembered me and all the items I had previously purchased. I was deeply touched by his attentiveness, which made me eager to return again and again. I concur with the observations of others that it truly feels like having a personal shopper.”
“I found WHAM while driving to the GW on the I-10. I've been there twice now, and found some interesting items. Their prices are fair and they have a constant rotation of goods and 50% off sales on different categories. Cashier and staff are very nice. The only thing I wish they'd do was open a dressing room, since you can't try on clothes and all sales are final. However, for $4 for a shirt or sweater or pants, you can't really complain too much. Their clothing does seem rather boutique and you can find some brand name clothes for a steal. They have a large selection of books ($1.50-$3) and smaller selection of CDs ($1.50), DVDs, and some games.You can also donate and feel like you know where the money is going.”

“This Salvation Army Thrift Store recently completed a remodel. It is bright, clean, and well organized. The clothing racks are too close together, so you have to squeeze by other people in the aisle which makes for an uncomfortable shopping experience. Also, prices are higher than other thrift stores I visit around Houston.”
“I donate to this store and shop at it as well. Their mix is always changing and there are a lot of cool items to buy in the store. And your purchases help support Habitat for Humanity! What more do you need?”
“I usually find what I need and the price is affordable always less than 2$... The line is very long sometimes but moves very fast because they're just counting # of items very fast checkouts.”
“No dressing rooms or mirrors but store is clean and the crew keeps items hung and shelved. The accessories section is cordoned for repair; unfortunately, hats, bags, belts and other accessories are in deep bins- smashed, tangled, dirty, damaged or difficult to shop. Otherwise, clothes are grouped by gender, other than that it's a rummage. The clothing is clean, most items are used-like new, good to well condition, not worse for wear. Women's shoes 9 or larger are scarce; Women's slacks and jeans sizes 10-12 Regular/Tall 30-32 Wx30-34 L also scarce. Surplus female bottoms sizes 2-6, tops M-L and shoes 5.5 to 7.0 US.
Also, Saturday pricing as of 10/12/24 is 1.75 flat per item/no restrictions. Scored 1 petticoat, 1 fleece halfshirt jacket, 6 bottoms/pants, 5 sweaters, 1 sweaterdress, 1 cardigan, 1 3/4 sleeve top, 1 short jumper, 4 pair shoes and a purse for 42.00 INCLUDING tax. I was like GTFOH.... that's IT¿!?”
“Greetings How a question ? how you guys stop sending out statements after the the lady that passed away work there for years. Noone has received statements since she die . How do you know what you owe on your house. That's seems weird of course people keep there receipts but still this 2024.”
“Have been to this location multiple times throughout the years and it's always maintained a proper, clean appearance and I've always felt safe. Nice friendly staff always.”
“This is the older location they have recently moved to a location on West Belfort. The new shop is so much more bigger and has a lot more room to shop. They are one of the only non-profits who actually put the money back into the community. They help people in need by offering clothes on a voucher system. They are part of a food back. The Resale shop has tons of unfound treasures and those looking for items of nostalgia as well.”
“This is a very nice Resale Shop. It is Managed well. The Staff has done, and continues to do, is help the area Needy to supplement their diets with Monthly Assistance of Food Distribution.”

I walked in and asked, and they were extremely accommodating with accepting and assisting us in unloading. They have a good crew of employees working hard.”

“One of my favorite thrift stores! Im plus sized and I always come out with something cute from here! Prices are average with some items being low! It was a bit busy but it was sunday. I ??the music they played! I was jamming out! Definitely a must visit! ?”
“Came to this location after seeing someone’s review that it’s a great place to sell.
Honestly it truly was! I was welcomed by the cashiers. There was two people ahead of me & didn’t take too long. Only bad thing was parking but that’s okay! I browsed around the store while they looked over my things & honestly you can find a bit of everything in there, I also saw young customers and older customers shopping. They have a lot in there! Honestly recommend selling but also buying! I’m planning on coming back with my husband to shop for him there.”
“This Goodwill is hands downs one of the best I've been too! First off the staff here alone are AMAZING...they are happy to work here...I've never seen staff be so happy to work anywhere! They were polite, professional, personable and just dam right happy! The "boutique" section is fairly large...about 4 racks maybe a few more majority of the items were 12.99 for Zara, free the people, Talbots, express, lululemon. I appreciate the boutique racks lots of great finds! I've found other great find throughout the store as it's jammed packed with items with them even bringing out more. Get ready to spend a few hours here you will not be leaving empty handed I promise!”

“Great staff! Extremely clean, easy to maneuver layout. Definitely plan your purchases around the color tag of the week and you can save upwards of 50% off an item. Of course I always find something thats not on sale but its ok cause its still affordable. Every thriftstore is going to have unique pieces. What a great way to push your creative pallet and try on items you'd normally wouldn't entertain.”
“Look what I found today! So I was driving home from work in heavy traffic, and stopped at this Goodwill. This place is huge and they have a lot of good stuff, this sparkly stand structure, that’s homemade is absolutely girlie and cute! Then I found a Henri Bendel handbag, they used to have a store at the Houston Galleria but it went out of business. So now it’s a vintage bag! You should come here, and see what you can find!”
“At first, I was a little weary, going to the family thrift center store. As I walked inside, I noticed everything was very clean. Well kept the floors were clean children were not allowed to run free, screaming, and doing whatever they wanted to. They weren’t allowed to destroy the store.
I found many great things there. There’s just so many items that it would take an entire day to go through all of it or maybe even two days I highly recommend this store. If you were wanting to go treasure hunting it’s a lot of fun and the customer service that I had was outstanding !! Literally you cannot ask for better customer service!!!!!❤️?”

“Not sure about the other reviews but I always try to go to places despite reviews and low and behold the women working there were wonderful! Not to mention, as I was being helped with the store credit from selling my clothes, a customer walked in and yelled at her for not being able to get money for his clothes but rather a store credit instead as it was past the hours they do cash for clothes. She handled it so well. The women were so helpful and respectful as it was my first time selling to them. Also it doesn’t smell, and it took the 20 mins to go through a huge bag I brought in. I was very pleased as I just wanted to get rid of my clothing haha so I was happy to take whatever they were offering.”
