This place is .....okay. Located on the Jcpenney end so its less crowded. I love the clothes. However, I typically encounter rude staff and/or a lack of customer service. I only return because I like the clothes.

I love American Eagle but I am never going back to the one in Sugerland again. I would ask them for a pair of pants and 3 different times he gave me the wrong pair of pants and the wrong size each time. I would totally recommend the one in the Woodlands.
