“I lost a family member last week. I've also lost 100lbs in the past year. Needing something to wear for the services I visited your store today. I was greeted by a young lady name Katrice. She helped me find a dress and shoes. Spending that brief time with her today actually took my mind off my grief and when I left your store I felt somewhat better. I put the dress on for my husband when I got home and he was amazed at how it complimented my weight loss and liked Katrice's eye for fashion and what looks good and has offered to send me back to your store to be outfitted with additional clothing. Shout out to Rachel, really friendly and always gives me tips on the best way to take care of my bag. There was also someone else, Receipt says Stacy - so hopefully that's who I'm talking about - she was great! Loved how she pitched her ideas with the monograms. And I believe she also did the monograms for my tags and they turned out great. Love this store, will definitely come here whenever I am in need of another Coach!”

I originally purchased three pairs of jeans but needed to exchange one for a different size. I arrived late, close to closing time, and they still treated me with incredible patience and professionalism. They took the time to help me sort through my receipts and made sure everything was handled correctly without making me feel rushed at all.
Both Erasmo and Yaira were kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. Excellent service like this is rare and very much appreciated.
