On 7/15/25 I became a victim of fraud on the Internet and my IBC Bank profile was compromised. Fortunately, I eventually recognized the scam and got to the bank quickly. As usual, Faizan Alam came to the rescue and cancelled the checking / savings accounts and created new ones. He also offered several methods on how to avoid these types of fraud. “First Horizon Bank on Sweetwater Blvd., Sugar Land deserves a good remark. Conveniently located, it is set up neat and clean with Starbuck coffee available. Their staff is very professional and friendly, especially the branch manager Mr. Ngokwey who helped me resolved an issue related with a promotional bonus, in that he and their customer solution team in the corporate office worked very hard and put in lots of time and effort. My appreciation and compliments go to their management.
However, their online service software is quite disappointing that it is incapable of doing many banking transactions as it should be. Nevertheless, this branch has a high potential to grow.”
