“I came in the store looking to purchase a double stacked 1911 or 2011. The store was about an hour drive but the reviews convinced me that it was worth the drive. I called the store first to make sure they had inventory in stock. The employee that answered the phone was very courteous and I decided to drive to see what they had. I came in the store, and they had every double stacked 1911 and 2011 neatly presented in the counter for me to try before I even got there. I dont know if it was planned or just a coincidence. I spent a good hour trying different models and manufacturers. The staff answered every question and was very knowledgeable and we even got into discussions with the other customers within the store. The purchase was fast and hassle free. In the end, what convinced me to purchase was the awesome rapport and very courteous staff. They truly know their stuff. I went home with a Staccato XC and a smile on my face.”

“Walking into Collector's Firearms is like walking into a museum where almost everything is for sale. They have the most amazing historical Firearms and weapons. There are collections on display that rival the Smithsonian Institute. The artwork displayed is phenomenal.
But they also sell rifles for the average hunter. The gunsmith in-house is knowledgeable and personable. The staff will tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. No blowing sunshine, just honest facts and no pressure to make a sale.

“There was only one person here working at the time when my wife and I came in, though there wasn’t a lot of things, the gentlemen who helped my wife out was extremely helpful! He went above and beyond trying to help her find what she needed! He was very nice and never pushy or rude. They can get you whatever you need if they don’t have it in store and they also do gunsmith work as well if you need that. Overall, even though we didn’t buy anything besides a few patches, we left the store feeling good! Great customer service like that is hard to come by these days unfortunately but this store did its best to make us both feel welcomed!!”

“Honestly, this is the only pawn shop I’ll go to from now on. I went in just to browse and ended up walking out with an awesome deal. The prices are actually super reasonable unlike some other places that try to overcharge for used gear, these guys keep it fair.
The vibe is great too. The staff are super chill and easy to talk to, not pushy at all. They actually know their stuff and treated me like a person rather than just another transaction.
If you’re looking for a solid deal and people who aren't going to give you the runaround, definitely hit this place up. 10/10 experience!”
