“I had two wonderful experiences at this store with two very kind and knowledgeable ladies helping me. Mary Jean assisted me with placing my Grandmother's charms on a new bracelet and telling me the history of some of the charms & told me which were retired. She then carefully counted each link of the bracelet to ensure my charms would be evenly spaced throughout! When I returned to the store for pickup, Marion explained how Mr. Avery specially designed the sand dollar charm to show a lily on the back and a poinsettia on the front (I may be recalling the flowers incorrectly). These ladies made these visits very personal and provided excellent service. Although the store was busy, I didn't feel rushed or like a number in line.”

He did an absolutely amazing job by going over and beyond to make sure she was well taken care of and catered to her needs and made sure she was happy during her piercing.
