“Today my iPhone got hacked and the security feature locked it shut. A message kept playing non stop “Don’t turn off your computer or restart it; call support immediately.” But there was no number to call and couldn’t turn it off anyhow. So, I went to T-Mobile store in a panic mode.
Zack a tall guy with some tools hanging from his waist met me at the front door. I handed him the phone while the message still playing….. Five stressful minutes for me, Zak got it figured out and resolved. The message disappeared. All was well. I asked him what did he do? He said that he cleaned the cache register…. Whatever that was…Thank you Zak.”
“There is a very rarely ever align here and The employees are always courteous. I get a little tired of them trying to sell me AT&t home internet service because I'm tired of explaining how terrible home services are. But I wouldn't go to a cable company for a cell phone either. They're still super annoying trying to plug that home internet.”
