“Purchased a Seiko watch. Was initially contacted saying the one they had was not available to be shipped and would I wait a couple of weeks for more inventory, I agreed. 3 days later a watch shipped and arrived in good condition, but only with the inner box and pillow. No warranty paperwork, no documentation, no external box, missing many items Seiko shows shipped when new. Did I receive a display model? Questions to TYS have gone unanswered.”

“Finally slowed down enough to take time and post my experience here. When my wife was pregnant with our son 23 years ago, her hand swelled and I had to cut her ring off her finger. She has not worn her original ring since then. Reason being I was worried about getting the original diamond back and getting taken advantage of. So I bought her another ring and we stored the original away. So after many years and being married (28 years this coming July), I reached out to everyone I knew to find a reputable place for me. I was told of Sethi's by my aunt who has been going to Sethi's for years. My point of contact was Berthe Atkinson. We made an appointment, and If I tell you every question I had was answered is an understatement. She was very friendly and made our experience smooth and comfortable. We were able to get her ring fixed and even upgraded her diamond. This is the place for you for all your jewelry needs.”

“My fiancé let me pick out my own ring so I headed to Sethi's and met with Faye. Please do at least some research about diamonds before you go- Faye did go over the quality, color, and cut with me but it's important to still know things on your own. I told her which shape I wanted and she came up with this ring. Love love love it! And I got a great price. It was ready for me in a week. We did agree on a 6.25 size but it's a bit big so I have to get it resized. I will update if they charge for resizing like another review said.”
