“Friday October 25th after a Football game, we made a stop before heading home. In a time where exceptional customer service is so far and in between; we were very impressed with our cashier. Fransisco was busy with a rush of people and didn’t fail to greet everyone while they entered the store. He even tended to everyone in timely fashion. This was by far the best cashier we have ever had anywhere. I hope it does not go unnoticed and he is recognized for going above and beyond.”
“I live near dallas but I was in Levelland for my grandfathers funeral this past weekend. My sister, her husband, their baby & I went to the starbucks inside. My brother in law ordered a coffee and ended up spilling it all over the floor and himself. Four or Five employees from the grocery department came over immediately and helped clean it up. The Starbucks worker (young guy with long dark hair) made us another coffee free. These people were so kind and quick to help. And the coffee was great.”
