“Friendly owner and great work
I normally wouldn’t give a review until all the work is complete, but with a tricky job; I’m pleasantly greeted by Vadim every time I visit the shop. First, he listens to what you want and then makes suggestions. Treats my vehicle as his own and the paint and body work has come out great. Still have a few loose ends to work through but I’m sure to receive the same warm greeting and good work.

“I cannot stress how satisfied I was with my service with Carstar. Omar was my point of contact and kept me informed during the process of my vehicle being repaired. He have me an estimated date if when it would be ready and it was actually ready a week before the schedule date which was great because that prevented me from having to get a rental car for another week. When I arrived to pick up my car he created me and took me out to my car and explained everything they did to my car and the warranty that comes with everything they did. “Was recommended by Barry from AAA muffler as I usually take my 2010 e90 bmw to them frequently. Was having electrical issues regarding my xenon hid headlights and needed a confirmation diagnosis. They are knowledgeable when it comes to German vehicles and immediately confirmed it was the lighting ballast control module. Also they answered several questions I have regarding future plans to continue to refresh this e90 to attempt to surpass 300k miles. I recommend this place if needing troubleshooting regarding electrical issues on your 20 year old bmws. A+++ service and clean lobby.”

Back in May I had my 2017 Nissan Titan with 140,000 miles in for a problem with my transmission. After receiving the initial diagnosis and quote I decided to get 2 additional quotes just to make a decision on if I should get it fixed. I even consider selling it because it needed a new transmission (I personally wouldn’t put a used one on it). I went back to Scott’s after a couple months of thinking what to. I decided it was worth for me to invest so I can keep my truck for the long haul. I can say when I stepped into their business, I wasn’t just a number or a service ticket. I would recommend any vehicle repair you may be in need of, give Scott’s a chance to diagnose and provide an estimate. I’m satisfied with the results and I have a 3 yr 36,000 mile warranty that I can come back directly to them in the future if needed. I honestly couldn’t imagine having to sell it because of the repair cost. It was my 1st new truck purchase and I planned on keeping it forever. Trust Scott’s Automotive and you won’t be disappointed, I had it back in less time than expected couldn’t be happier.”
