“We were looking for a new bed for my son. When we walked in to Home Zone we were greeted and asked if they could help us. We explained what we were looking for and the salesman said they did not have that particular style, but we could check what was available. He also said if we had any questions to just reach out to any one on staff. This was really nice. No high pressure sales, not being presented with items and styles we were not interested in. This was a refreshing change from what we had experienced at prior furniture stores. It would have been nice if they had had what we wanted.....”

“I got a beautiful couch and loveseat from here and it was of great quality too. They have layaway plans that are workable for anyone. Shantal is sweet as pie and so helpful and honest. I wanted a sectional so bad but my livingroom is very small. She could have sold me a sectional and let me deal with it not fitting. She was honest and told me that it is too big for the area that you have. I was very impressed with that.. You may not have allot of options in the store to pick from but you have allot of online options! I picked from the online options and was very pleased with my choice. Unfortunately, my wife is in the same boat, which means our furniture-shopping adventures tend to be short-lived. We enter, and we exit within minutes. Rooms To Go doesn't deviate from this pattern for us. However, I've noticed their prices are on the higher side, particularly when compared to smaller Mom and Pop stores. It's a bit perplexing, especially considering their exclusive focus on one product type. How can they be pricier than the rest? But here's the silver lining: the staff is friendly and accommodating, and if you do happen to discover something you love in their selection, their financing options are indeed top-notch.”
