Since then I have been a client/customer of this location for approx. 8-10 months and have had a good experience there for many reasons, including the cleanliness of the property and unit (no bugs or multi-legged creatures scurrying as you open your unit door; big plus!) and because Leigh and her manager are fair when a question or request is made. I appreciate that. I hope to disperse of the items in my unit in the coming months, but until that happens, ESS will have my business!”

“All my dealings with the Extra Space employees on Franklin in Mesquite have been more than great. I love the upgrades they've been doing and how clean they keep the whole place it's amazing. They always seem to care and go out of their way to make things work. Keep up the good work !!! Just wanted to add an update to this former post that I needed to contact Extra Space about changing my address and had questions about some pricing on a few of my units. I spoke with Crystal who is always so friendly and helpful and needless to say she helped me with everything and was also able to help with discounts Savin me money. Crystal you are a blessing thank you so much for your help today and always. Customer care like this is something that is hard to find now days.”

I checked out yesterday and the entire process went seamlessly. As soon as I walked in, Ruth greeted me with a warm smile and clearly explained the steps for closing out my storage unit. From move-in to move-out, the customer service was outstanding. The facility is very secure with gated access and 24-hour surveillance, which gave me peace of mind the whole time. I highly recommend this location!”
“We needed a parking spot for our work trailer and initially the spot we reserved wouldn't work for our daily use of the trailer. However, Daniel called us the next day letting us know that he was able to find a parking spot for us. Daniel went above and beyond to help us with our rental needs. We greatly appreciate all his efforts and ability to help us!!!
