I don't normally take the time to write a Post about my Life experiences but, I had an Excellent day! Filled with great Customer Service....
I was at the storage facility
the day before. I was greeted with a smile and received Great Customer service on that day
by Derinda.
When I got to my unit. I was trying to remove a bedroom- set for my Granddaughter.
After loading some of the items,
I realized they wouldn't transport well in my vehicle. Plus I needed another hand. I placed a set of 5 Panel bed slets; to the side of my unit before replacing all the other items back. Afterwards, I drove off and left the 5 slets outside my unit. Later, I didn't remember unloaded them and thought; I might have left them at the storage unsecured.
Well I said I that to Say this!!!
Roger greeted me with a Smile and acknowledgement when I walked in today. I inquired if any bed slets had been retrieved from the storage area.
Roger was thoughtful enough to
placed them in their space.
Being proactive just in case a Customer had left them behind.
You were my was HERO, for the day!!!

“I have stored my belongings her for over 10 years off and on and consistently the past 5 years. The staff is super friendly and helpful. You will never have any issues getting ahold of someone for assistance. I am not encouraging anyone to be late on payments . But I am one who struggle to keep up when my bills are due because of constant changes and I refuse to auto pay. I say this to say that even though I was late plenty of times , they have never made me feel like a bandit nor did they make me feel like they were predatory in any way. I love this place and encourage anyone that want a place that almost feel like family to store their things and belongings here at Ustore Garland .”

Now on the other hand, the property looks a bit run down.. The humps on the sides by the units could use some fresh paint. My mom was driving and didn't see there was a hump and hit it rather hard..
I have a climate control unit and I was under the impression that it was supposed to control the temperature inside.. Well it was rather hot inside and seemed like there was no type of air flow whatsoever.
The door to access closes to my unit has to be propped open with anything I have on hand. Door does not have a stopper, or magnet to hold open. That made it a bit harder to go back and forth..
Maybe y'all should spray for mosquitoes because it was horrible with the amount of bites I had gotten while moving in.”
“Had a gentleman help me but can't remember his name but he did drive a 4 door gmc 4x4 tan truck and I had Angel from another location help me greatly by setting everything up for me and getting me the correct contact information.”

As we were leaving the unit we had been renting for the past two years, the owners came out and helped us load our Matco toolboxes into the trailer with their tractor!
