“Tri-Supply truly stands out as a one-stop shop, and the experience is elevated even more by the people behind it. Our team works closely with Molly Preece on doors and molding and Janeen Sager on lighting, and the feedback across the board has been consistently positive

What really makes Tri-Supply special is how well their team understands the builder and designer workflow. From product knowledge to communication and follow-through, everything feels streamlined and intentional. It makes the process easier not just for us, but for our clients as well.

Beyond the impressive selection of millwork, lighting, appliances, doors, windows, and trim all under one roof, the service is thoughtful, thorough, and reliable. Tri-Supply feels less like a vendor and more like a true partner, and that consistency across their team is what keeps us coming back.”

“Great place. Best deal on non-toxic household items such as paint non toxic coatings and the owner tells it like it is when it comes to non-toxic. Ecowise sells the best quality products on the market and if Jim doesn't sell something he tells you where to get. If it's cheaper for you to buy something and it's not from him he tells you very quickly.”

“The people at Bee Cave are very nice very helpful and they all care about each other other. It’s a great place to work. Also, I spent 22 years on Wall Street move to Texas and needed to find something to do and it’s been nothing but a pleasure working with the Home Depot people. I actually covered these guys when I was Wall Street and everything they say about them is true class organization..”

“I was in the store today and your employee at self-check out, her name is Morgin, and I found her to be so friendly and extra helpful!! Her attitude was very welcoming and eager to be helpful! I normally dread trips to Lowes but Morgin made my experience extra pleasant and I will happily return more often and I will explicitly seek her out..”

“Sam went completely above and beyond – the best Home Depot employee I've ever encountered!
I have to give a huge shout-out to Sam at this Home Depot location. He went completely out of his way to help me find exactly what I needed, walked me all the way to the register, and made absolutely sure I was fully taken care of before leaving. That kind of genuine, sincere helpfulness is so rare in retail today. Sam didn't have to do any of that – he just did it because that's who he is. This kind of exceptional customer service is why I'll keep coming back to this location!”

“I've been to this home depot a few times, especially for gardening tools and buying plants and soil for my backyard. It's as any Home Depot should be, with a wide range of selection and is well maintained. However the location can make it stressful due to the construction around the entrance and the heavy traffic. I also would prefer they had a better selection of perennial plants. For instance, they only had Spanish lavender rather than the tougher, longer lasting phenomenal lavender which would be more appropriate for Austin's climate. So if you're looking for a better variety of plants I would recommend visiting a local nursery. For home improvements this Home depot does the job. Staff was for the most part very helpful except for one employee who even refused to check in the system if they had the plant I was looking for in stock. I would also recommend they carry expanded shale for the clay soil here in Austin.”

“This place seems to have changed Again over the years. This is now in 2025 an established location for this company. I did notice the Little Free Library right inside is Gone now. No clue if it moved or just totally Gone Forever, so that was an unpleasant pleasant surprise.
Finally found a item on my wish list here. I can check off one item from my ongoing Treasure Hunt List. They didn't really have any kids furniture this time. Today is May 14th 2025.
Happy thrift item hunting my fellow shoppers.
They did have a fairly good selection of garden items. Maybe next time I stop here I will look at those Fiskars lopper type item.”
