“I shopped here last Sunday on May 3rd and it was your average, mundane shopping experience. However, when I came home with groceries, I realized the gluten-free waffles I bought were expired. Their 'best by' date was February 15th, 2026. I thought they be fine since they're frozen, but I was wrong. They were mushy and gooey before and after heating them up.
Please rotate your products throughly so no one else buys expired products. I work in retail myself and know it can be tedious. The Van's gluten-free blueberry waffles are already hard to find without them being expired.
In any case, I hope a manager from this Brookshires sees my review and cares.”
“Always great service! But it's super hot! Every single time I go into the store. Those employees work way too hard for there to be no working air conditioning. Please get it fixed.”
“Very diverse cultural ambiance that is so welcome to see in the customer service. The ethnic diversity enhances the appetite and is encouraging with patience as hospitality extended, so do not confuse the business ethic displayed and assume short tempered by tone of voice, dialect difference is all that is. The tobacco products are dried out and if they don't have to restock it based on quality, they can shelve it, we don't get fresh unless it gets bought up and they restock. Totally cool quick convenience dive to refresh and get a feeling of melting pot America being a beautiful equality still safe in America. Walked in one day and cleaners smelled too much like formaldehyde, or something to harsh not to put be back sign up when mopping, but I don't know policy. Grateful to have Sunoco around, thanks!”
