“This is going to be a bit of a strange one, so bear with me….I took a rather expensive article of clothing to this cleaner last Wednesday to be dry cleaned. It was my first time using them. Long story short, when I picked the item up on Monday, it was rather significantly damaged. The item was, in my opinion, ruined (to be fair, it could probably still be worn, but it was Gucci. Who wants to wear damaged Gucci? Lol). I went back in on Wednesday morning after discovering the damage and spoke with the very polite and apologetic lady who was running the shop at the time. What I discovered was from the time I dropped off my items and the cleaning was completed, to when I picked them up on Monday, ownership of the company had changed. This made some confusion for the damage claim.Long story short, within hours, the new owner, Karl, was reaching out to me via phone. This gentleman whomin absolutely NO fault of his own inherited this situation absolutely went above and beyond to ensure it was rectified. Karl was incredibly kind, apologetic, and generous, and ensured the situation was rectified to my satisfaction. It would have been so easy for him to say “I just bought this place; not my problem.” But he didn’t, and in my opinion, that speaks VOLUMES about the character of this business owner.I know that there will be a new cleaning process/new cleaners in place that will ensure things like this don’t happen. I will absolutely be returning based solely on the fact that this business has morals, upstanding character, and FAR above average customer service skills.Hands down 5/5 based SOLEY on the new ownership.”

“Quick and prompt service as always. Been coming here for a while for all my dry cleaning needs and I've never had any issue. I drop off then pick up on the day of with no problems ever. If Hutto cleaners can't save it I don't know who can!”
