“I've not been the biggest fan of the Walmart in Taylor. Customer service out on the floor has been, at times, abysmal but the pharmacy there is as good as it gets. I am greeted by name and they already know what I am there to pick up. Since I pick up for two people, I was surprised that the employees had memorized our birth dates, names and interaction at the register is often more social than business. I have to highlight Monica. She's probably the nicest person I deal with from a business standpoint. She is professional, courteous and a sincere pleasure to work with. I just hope Walmart realizes what great employees they have and treat them accordingly.”

“Curbside is slow when I go. I usually buy a lot, but always the last to leave. Even cars that come after me get their groceries before I do. I prefer groceries from HEB, but they could have faster and friendlier curbside service.”
